Vessel Description
Ed Monk Jr. designed vessel features two staterooms and two dry heads with queen bed aft and two berths forward. Classically designed with proper boat handling equipment to make maneuvering and docking a snap single handed or full crew. Ocean Alexander built a clean cut well laid out crowd pleaser. Twin Yanmar diesel engines, diesel generator promoting increased voyage distance, Vetus bow thruster helps you walk her in tight slips. Upper and Lower helm stations for operations from the scenic bridge or the spacious salon.
Mid ship is the salon on both starboard and port ingress and egress sliding doors, secure locking systems for worry free shore leave or time on the hill.
The lower station is starboard with the icemaker below the helm chair. Opposite the wheel is the U-shaped galley forward, port allowing you a view as you prepare meals underway on autopilot.

Trunk cabin Classico makes for easy transitions to bridge by starboard side steps reducing need for ladders and extra steps. Entering the salon via side doors, the lower helm starboard forward, the L-shaped sofa with teak table is also starboard, looking aft is the master stateroom entrance and storage cabinetry port. The captain's chair & side door access door to starboard, galley is directly across on the port side of salon forward and the guest stateroom and head forward of the galley. Engine room access is via salon sole hatches and a hatch below the guest stateroom stairs.

The two heads are considered dry heads with the showers apart from the privy latrines. One head location is Starboard and forward, and the other is ensuite and Port. Showers are enclosed, standing apart from the heads. Faucet and fixtures are on demand pumps delivering life sustaining water for all aboard this remarkable vessel. Lights are cast throughout energized by 12-volt DC and 110-volt AC current. This array of illumination enhances the arrogance of her brightwork. Chain locker drains to bilge, Hawes pipes forward at her bow. Molded oyster non-skid surface, self-bailing cockpit, molded steps to bridge, sliding access on port and starboard & lazarette beneath cockpit.
This Ocean Alexander has ever so slight paint crazing at edge of cockpit area as Owner requested a change in non-skid from the builder.

These mains are secured on longitudinal stringers and heavy gauge aluminum beds. Engines utilize Agua Lift Vetus exhaust systems.Prop shafts are 2 inches in diameter with dripless stuffing box. Propellers are 28-inch bronze alloy four blade. Freshwater cooled, supportive of raw water loop wet exhaust. Transmissions are ZF Hurth 63A. Holding 600 US gallons of fuel on board. Northern Lights generator model M753K-8KW SN 7532-3258C 120 & 240 AC 3-cylinder engine.This generator has just over 400 hours, located in the engine room, good accessibility to the generator and has recently been serviced.She carries her potable water in two stainless steel tanks located in the lazarette.Port and Starboard deck fills are topside and aft, water is pushed to outlets by Flojet pump systems.The hot water system is 110-volt marine grade Torrid hot water heater 20 gallon.Tecma Silence Plus sanitation system, electric heads one ensuite Master cabin with the second to port and forward. Her holding tank is 60 gallons monitored by a Sealand Tank Watch monitor. The bilge sump pumps are Rule 800s.Steering system is hydraulic by Hynautic with two steering stations upper and lower, bridge and salon. Slow Dance comes with a # 60 CQR anchor and a Bruce # 45100 feet of BBB 3/8 stainless steel chain and 1/4 BBB chain with nylon braid line.
